Our story

Neurotoys began with two sisters, a shared passion and a personal need: finding practical, affordable ways to support children with sensory needs.

We’re Chrizanne and Marlo. As mothers, we know how long the search for the right tools can take, because every child’s needs are different. That search became a passion project: helping families find sensory support for everyday life.

Based in Cape Town, our online store brings together sensory toys and practical tools for home, the classroom and therapy. Everything we choose has to be affordable and useful every day, from fidgets and movement cushions to earmuffs and visual timers.

We believe support begins with understanding. Some children need room to move while they learn. Others need a quieter space, or a way to see how much time is left. So we start with one simple question: “What would help this child?”

We hope Neurotoys makes finding that support a little easier for parents, teachers and therapists. We celebrate different ways of thinking, playing and learning, and we believe every child deserves to feel understood, included and supported.
